What are the credentials of Helen Clarke, other than the Kiwis wanted her to be banished from their political landscape, so what better than dumping her on the UN body, where she will have to guide the spending on the $1 Billion budget in poor countries, in confict and fragile states, guiding the work on poverty alleviation.
