Where Homosexuality is Still Illegal in the British Commonwealth

Queen Elizabeth II gave her official Royal Assent to a parliamentary law making same sex marriage legal in England and Whales.

The Queen is not just the Queen of England. She’s the titular head of state of 15 “realms” in the commonwealth. She is not the head of state of other countries, but the for political and cultural reasons some countries still associate themselves as part of the Commonwealth.

Alas, some members are not quite as protective of the human rights of their LGBT citizens as others. Via AllOut, here are the Commonwealth countries in which homosexuality is not a criminal offense; where same sex marriage is legal; and where homosexuality remains a criminal offense.
