It is International Peace Day, today. It also happens to be the day that the Burmese human rights icon Aung San Suu Kyi visits the United Nations for the first time in over two decades.
Given the events of the past week, it is not unreasonable to think that someday soon -- once Burma's democratic transition is complete-- Aung San Suu Kyi may become President of her country.
