This is a pretty intense video of boatloads of refugees, many of them children, being greeted by volunteers as they land on the Greek island of Lesvos. The video, from UNICEF, profiles one of the volunteers, who is herself a mother.
“If I’m fleeing a war with a child, I hope there’s another mom saying ‘Let me help you,” she says.
To put this video in perspective, 7,000 refugees are landing in Greece every day.
